Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, we have set the following eligibility criteria:

  • Unused & Unbroken Condition: The jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition, without any damage, scratches, or signs of use.
  • Original Packaging & Documentation: Returns will only be accepted if the product is sent back in its original packaging along with all accompanying documents, including the invoice, certificates, and warranty card (if applicable).
  • Return Window: All return requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.
  • Exclusions: Personalized, engraved, or customized jewelry cannot be returned, as these pieces are made exclusively for you.

How to Initiate a Return

If your purchase meets the return criteria, you can initiate a return by following these steps:

  • Email our support team at support@thelustreus.com with your order number, a brief reason for return, and clear photos of the product in its original condition.
  • Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and confirm the next steps.

Step 2: Schedule a Pickup

  • Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup at no additional cost to you.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Step 3: Quality Inspection

  • Upon receiving the returned item, our experts will carefully inspect it to verify that it meets the return conditions.
  • If the item passes the quality check, we will proceed with the refund process.

Step 4: Refund Processing

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • We do not offer cash refunds. However, you will receive 100% of your purchase value without any deductions.

Important Notes on Returns & Refunds

  • Return shipping is free for all eligible returns.
  • If the jewelry fails the quality inspection (e.g., shows signs of wear or damage), the return will be denied, and the product will be sent back to you.
  • Refunds will only be processed after the item has successfully passed the quality verification process.
  • For gifted items, returns must be requested by the original purchaser.
